TimeTrax is live at Venus Global Logistics (Private) Limited.

The Venus Global Logistics and TimeTrax teams marked the milestone with a go-live ceremony, where a commemorative TimeTrax shield was presented to the project team.

Logistics businesses run on shift patterns, movement and timing, which is the kind of operation an HCM and ERP platform has to keep up with rather than get in the way of.

Shift work does not fit an office week, and neither should the software measuring it.

It is a demanding environment for workforce software specifically. Staff are rarely all in one building, shifts do not line up with an office week, and the people whose hours are hardest to capture are usually the ones furthest from a desk. Attendance that assumes everyone walks past the same terminal each morning does not survive contact with an operation like that.

TimeTrax handles attendance across biometric terminals, kiosks and mobile, so the capture method can differ by site and role without the data behind it fragmenting.
