TimeTrax certification recognises the people on the client side who run the platform day to day: the ones who configure it, who answer their own colleagues’ questions about it, and who build the reports their management actually reads.

Somebody in the building has to own it, or it gets worked around.

That distinction matters more than it sounds. The difference between software that gets used and software that gets worked around is usually whether somebody in the building owns it. A certified in-house team can change a policy, add an approval step or fix a rota rule the same afternoon, instead of raising a ticket and waiting.
