Volka Food International: over 5 years of excellence and trust

Volka Food International Limited and TimeTrax have passed five years together.

The milestone was marked with a “5+ Years of Excellence & Trust” award presented to the Volka Food team.

Five years is a long time for an enterprise platform. A platform that is still in daily use that far past its go-live has been renewed by people who had every opportunity to replace it — usually more than once, and usually while somebody was offering them something newer.

Five years is not a testimonial. It is a decision taken again, and again.

Renewals are the only client feedback we treat as unambiguous. A testimonial is written by someone in a good mood; a renewal is signed by someone with a budget, an alternative and a year of evidence.

Food manufacturing keeps a workforce moving across shifts, lines and sites, with attendance and payroll that have to reconcile exactly at the end of every cycle. It is not a domain where a system gets the benefit of the doubt for long.
