Ten years is an unusual span for an enterprise platform. It covers several rounds of people leaving and joining on both sides, and a platform only survives that if it was handed over properly each time — which is exactly what a certified in-house team is for. The two milestones on this page are more related than they look.

A container terminal is a demanding place to run workforce software: continuous operations, shift rosters that cannot slip, and a workforce spread across a site rather than seated at desks. Attendance and rostering have to be right the first time, because there is no quiet period in which to correct them.
