TimeTrax goes live at E-Lite

TimeTrax is live at E-Lite.

The E-Lite and TimeTrax teams marked the occasion with a go-live ceremony at the E-Lite office, where a commemorative TimeTrax shield was presented to the project team.

Going live is the handover point: the implementation team steps back, and the platform becomes part of how the business runs every day.

The handover is the part worth getting right. A system that only its implementers understand is a dependency, not an asset — which is why the goal at this stage is a client team that can change a rule, add an approval or pull a report without picking up the phone.

TimeTrax is EfroTech’s HCM, ERP and CRM platform, with a full suite of modules that can be adopted in stages. Most organisations go live on a core set and add to it once the first has bedded in, rather than switching everything on at once.
